  1. Page Setup     
  2.    Use Page Setup to control how a document is printed. The Page
  3.  Setup dialog box corresponds to the printer you are using and reflects
  4.  the options for your printer. Options specific to one printer are noted
  5.  as such. The (LaserWriter) notation refers to any PostScript
  6.  device.
  7.   Paper - the size of the paper on which you print the document.  The
  8.  options are:  
  9.       US Letter          8 1/2" wide, 11" tall (default setting)
  10.       US Legal               8 1/2" wide, 14" tall
  11.       A4 Letter            210mm wide, 297mm tall
  12.       B5 Letter            182mm wide, 257mm tall
  13.       Tabloid                11" wide, 17" tall
  14.       International Fanfold   8 1/4" wide, 12" tall
  15.       Computer Paper continuous form
  16.   Reduce or Enlarge (LaserWriter) allows output reduction down
  17.  to 25% or enlargement up to 400%.
  18.   Orientation - determines whether the document is printed on the
  19.  paper horizontally or vertically.
  20.   Font Substitution - (LaserWriter) substitutes an appropriate
  21.  built-in LaserWriter font for certain Macintosh screen fonts.
  22.   Color Printing - (ImageWriter) Off forces the ImageWriter II to
  23.  ignore colorsettings and print the document in black and white,
  24.  even if a color ribbon is used.
